Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The work generally includes the removal of existing concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk, installation of new concrete curb and gutter and trail, removal of existing street asphalt as required, and street asphalt replacement. The work area is along St Ninian Street from Highland Drive to Church Street. All traffic control, adjustments to catch basin and manhole covers, valve boxes, and related work are required. Along St Ninian Street from Highland Drive to Church Street, Antigonish, Nova Scotia Sealed quotes are to be addressed to the Town of Antigonish and submitted in a sealed envelope marked for the project. The Town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all quotes based on various considerations, and may omit portions of the work for financial reasons.
