This is a Request for Information from Indigenous Businesses (or eligible Joint Ventures) interested in providing goods and/or services in support of a Facilities Maintenance (FM) and Support Services Contract for CFHA Valcartier, Quebec. The intent is to develop a list of Indigenous Businesses registered or eligible to be registered with the Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) Indigenous Business Directory that will be made available as a resource to FM contractors to obtain sub-trade pricing. Required goods and services include, but are not limited to: building envelope maintenance; inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of HVAC, door, electrical, plumbing, fire detection and suppression, and life safety systems; integrated pest management; landscaping and grounds maintenance; cleaning and housekeeping; snow and ice removal; solid waste management; management and coordination of services; management of maintenance program; investment advice; emergency preparedness and response; helpdesk service; and management of appointment scheduling. Indigenous Businesses that consider themselves qualified, capable, and interested are asked to indicate their interest by submitting a completed Response Form using the template available on the Electronic Bidding System (MERX). The Response Form shall be submitted to DCC through MERX by the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. Only a completed Response Form is required for submission. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
