Construction services are required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to correct physical security infrastructure deficiencies for Project 589-22-465, FCA Correct Grounds Deficiencies. The work includes replacing obsolete and deteriorated fencing and correcting setback distances from mission critical buildings to meet required security standards. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price, with a performance period of 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, and will be awarded using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, and the requirement is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that are certified and properly registered at the time of proposal and award.
