The County of Eddy is seeking qualifications-based proposals from firms authorized to do business in the State of New Mexico to provide on-call engineering, surveying, testing, and/or environmental services for various construction and road projects, as a multiple-source award. Selected firms must be well-versed in current laws, regulations, industry standards, manuals, specifications, and accepted construction procedures. Services may include, but are not limited to, preliminary and final design, hydrology reports, surveying and staking, materials testing, and environmental investigations conducted in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and all applicable state and federal regulations. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
