Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
For furnishing all plant, labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the Construction of Demolition, Clearing & Grubbing in Westridge. For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashiers check on a responsible bank in the State of Texas equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. For construction contracts over $250,000, a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the maximum total bid amount may be submitted in lieu of a certified or cashiers check. The deadline to ask questions is 6/09/2026 11:00 AM CST The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open.
