The work to be performed under this Contract includes naturalization of one basin including, but not limited to, the following items: regrading an approximate 0.9-acre bottom of basin, restoration of existing rip-rap aprons, retrofit of existing basin outlet structures, regrading swale approximately 100 LF, restoring approximately 0.4 acres of mowed lawn to naturalized groundcover with seed, restoring approximately 0.6 acres of mowed basin bottom area to naturalized groundcover with seed, and 1,600 square feet (700 plugs) of herbaceous plantings installed within the seeded area. All work will occur within Hatfield Township property and within the Limits of Disturbance as shown on the Contract Drawings, along with tree removal and provisions for all necessary erosion and sediment controls. During this period, no bid may be withdrawn.
