Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Ithaca, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

CR#: 2135513 New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is accepting bids for Contractors that can provide a temporary modular office building to house the Finger Lakes Region administrative staff during the renovation and expansion of the existing regional office building. The temporary office building will be located on-site at Allan H. Treman State Marine Park and will need to accommodate twelve (12) workstations in a central area, six (6) enclosed office spaces, two (2) toilet rooms, and a kitchenette space. The building will be located partially over an asphalt parking lot and partially over a compacted crushed stone pad that will be provided by OPRHP park staff. Water and sanitary stub-ups as well as electrical services will be provided on site by OPRHP park staff, with final connections to the building being the responsibility of the Contractor.
