Description

Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The object of the project is to replace an existing cast iron sectional hot water boiler with two new Viessman high efficiency boilers at C.A. Frost Middle High School. Selected contractor to be responsible for demolition, disposal, concrete pad work, piping, pumps, air intakes, flues, associated roofing work, electrical, controls and all related work to ensure a complete functioning system.
