Subgrade Preparation 981.00 SY 102. Unsuitable Subgrade Material 20.00 CY 16.00 SF 103. Construct Detectable Warning Panel 29.00 SY 104. Install Sodding 71.00 SY 105. Repair Pavement - Large Area - Type OPW3500 890.00 SY 106. Repair Pavement - Small Area Type OPW3500 4.00 SY 107. Repair Pavement - Small Area Curb Inlet Throat 131.00 SF 108. Remove/Replace Curb Ramp 1.00 LS 109. Mobilization/Demobilization All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by Olsson, and must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than $5,426.84 (5% of the engineers estimate of $108,536.73) made payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary Improvement District 404 as security that the bidder to whom the contract may be awarded will enter into a contract to build the improvements in accordance with this Notice to Contractor and will give a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price, all as provided in the specifications. Bid bonds must be executed by a duly licensed corporate surety. Checks accompanying proposals not accented shall be returned to the bidders. No bidder may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after date set for opening of bids. All proposals must be enclosed in an envelope, sealed and addressed to the "Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 404" and shall be marked "PROPOSAL FOR 2026 PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTION SID 404 INDIAN CREEK" with the bidder's name and address on said envelope. The Bid Security shall be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the Proposal envelope and shall be marked "BID SECURITY" with the project identified thereon. Proposals received after the above time shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting the proposal. Sanitary Improvement District 404 of Douglas County, Nebraska, reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities.
