CR#: 2135470 Contract Term: 3 years with option to renew 1 additional year This contract will provide for the routine maintenance, modification, and support of the County's approximately 1600 traffic signals, 400 miscellaneous devices, 600 street lighting devices and related equipment. In an effort to increase the utilization of minority, woman, veteran and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business ("SDVOB") the County is implementing an overall target of 15% MWBE and 2% SDVOB participation in locally funded procurements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders for additional information. All questions regarding this contract shall be submitted via email prior to 4:00 PM on Friday, June 12th, 2026, to Harold Lutz at hlutz@nassaucountyny.gov Document Notes: In order to submit a bid, a non-refundable fee of $300.00 by check or money order, payable to the Nassau County Treasurer, will be required for each set of Bid Contract Documents purchased from the Permit Office. Prospective bidders requesting Contract Documents by mail must remit an additional, non-refundable, fee of $30.00 per set to cover handling and first-class mailing.
