Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 850-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
This project consists of adding / renovating an 850 SF portion of Level 14 at the DPS 1860 Lincoln building. The renovation consists of adding a fitness room and associated restrooms with showers on the 14th Floor with minimal above ceiling updates to the 12th floor. The building is an existing 13-story building built in 1962 with a major remodel done in 2014. The added fitness room and restrooms will be accessory occupancies to the B occupancy of the 14th floor. The building is located at the corner of 19th Avenue and Lincoln Street in downtown Denver, Colorado. Parking: In the heart of downtown, the project will not have readily available parking. The project is also on the top floor with difficult access. Please consider these site parameters in your final bid.
