The contractor is responsible for furnishing all materials (unless noted otherwise in the contract documents), equipment, labor, transportation, insurance, notifications, licenses, permits, fees and supervision necessary to perform the work described in the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, and other attachments. The work involves conducting a JRB AWOS Structural Analysis at the Heliport in Manhattan, NY. Offerors must complete and return the RFQ, narrative, and work plan by the closing date. All questions regarding the project, scope of work, or drawings must be received in writing. Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) as of the date established for receipt of offers.
