Site work for a water / sewer project in Kimberly, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of furnishing a commercial lateral move irrigation system in accordance with the requirements of the Statement of Work and associated solicitation attachments. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver a complete and compliant irrigation system suitable for the identified project site. The scope includes coordination with the Government as required, compliance with applicable wage determinations, and fulfillment of all technical, performance, and contractual requirements referenced in the solicitation. The successful contractor remains fully responsible for meeting all terms, conditions, and specifications, regardless of site visit attendance, and for providing bid, payment, and performance bonds as required. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Josh Dobereiner, via email to josh.dobereiner@usda.gov. Questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026 at 4:00 PM MDT. Answers to all questions received by that time will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests for information will not be accepted or returned.
