Skownan First Nation Chief and Council are calling tenders for the design and construction (design-build) of a new band office. The works for this project generally comprises design and general construction of a conference centre (sized at 3,000 square feet) single storey meeting the performance specification, including excavation, back fill, final grading, parking lot, walkways, Provincial Road approach, hydro and telephone / high speed internet service, and sewer and water servicing to form a complete project located at the Skownan First Nation, Manitoba; and further identified in the plans and specifications.
