Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Beaufort, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Question Submission Deadline:June 24, 2026, 5:00pm, Question submitted Electronically Selection Committee members SHALL NOT be contacted during the RFP process . Beaufort County Capital Projects is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the resurfacing of approximately 7,500 square feet of aircraft hangar and shop flooring . The project consists of installing a high -performance , multi -layer resinous flooring system designed to withstand aircraft operations , heavy loads , and exposure to aviation -related chemicals . SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY The work includes , but is not limited to : Mechanical surface preparation ( CSP 3-5 ) Moisture testing and mitigation (if required) Installation of a 100% solids epoxy flooring system Application of aggregate for slip resistance Installation of urethane topcoat Optional striping and markings Refer to the Scope of Work section for detailed requirements .
