Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Windsor, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately: 16 units of tree removal, 11 units of reset manhole frame and cover, 3,000 square yards of concrete sidewalk, 1,200 square yards of reinforced concrete driveway, 5,250 linear feet of concrete vertical curb, 750 linear feet of Belgium block curb, 50,000 pavement milling, 6,500 tons of HMA surface course, 8,000 gallons of tack coat, 400 tons of HMA leveling course, signage, striping, and other incidental construction including restoration. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed form in a sealed envelope marked as "Bid Proposal FY' 2023 Annual Road Improvement Program." A bid deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to the Township of West Windsor in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, not to exceed $20,000.00, must accompany each proposal as security. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals in whole or in part or to waive minor informalities as permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127 and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
