Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Reclaim the existing R22 refrigerant from the system . 2- Disconnect the refrigerant piping , power , and control wiring on the RTU . 3- Remove the unit from the site and dispose of it . 4- Install new 10 -ton R454B Packaged RTU with Economizer . 5- Reconnect the refrigerant piping , power , and control wiring on the RTU . 6- Evaluate and charge the system upon final connections . 7- Perform start - up , test , and adjust upon completion . 8- Final inspections upon completion .
