St. Johns County is soliciting quotes from qualified Suppliers to provide landscaping services for the installation of large Bahama White Shell Coquina at the Health and Human Services (HHS) building located at 200 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. QUESTIONS Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to Kayla Lauro, Procurement Coordinator at klauro@sjcfl.us. Questions are due no later than four o'clock (4:00PM EST) on Wednesday, June 03, 2026 The awarded contractor shall provide any and all labor , permits , materials , equipment , delivery , and services to install large coquina shells for roughly 14,000 square feet at the location provided herein and shown in Exhibit A - Map of Service Area . Contractors are encouraged to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote to verify existing conditions , measurements , access conditions , and material quantities . The quantities provided herein are estimates only and shall be verified by the Contractor prior to installation . The Contractor shall , at a minimum , perform the following services : Remove and properly dispose of all existing pine bark mulch within the designated project area shown in Exhibit A. Remove and dispose of two (2 ) existing large palmettos located on each side of the main entrance doors . Prepare the area for installation of the coquina material , including minor grading and leveling as necessary to provide a uniform finished appearance . Install landscape fabric after the ground is leveled , and before the coquina is installed . Furnish , deliver , and install large Bahama White Shell Coquina within the designated areas shown in Exhibit A. Ensure coquina material is installed at a uniform depth of two (2 ) inches . Protect existing sidewalks , curbing , irrigation systems , utilities , landscaping , and adjacent improvements from damage during construction activities . Restore any areas damaged by Contractor operations to original condition at no additional cost to the County . Remove all debris , excess materials , and waste generated by the work from the site daily and upon project completion . The Contractor shall provide large Bahama White Shell Coquina meeting the following requirements : o o Clean and free of excessive sand , dirt , weeds , debris , or foreign materials . Consistent in size and appearance . Work to be completed within sixty (60 ) consecutive calendar days upon receipt of an executed Purchase Order . Work to be completed within the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm EST Monday through Friday .
