Seeking proposals to upgrade the walk-in cooler in the Senior Center located Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 at 5:00 PM ET 1. Upgrade walk-in cooler Refrigeration System Evaporator Condenser Compressor, including temperature controllers for the unit, defrost timer , refrigeration lines and all necessary components for the unit to keep maintain the proper temperature. 2. Upgrade walk-in cooler door and closing mechanism . 3. Outdoor compressor to be raised at least 2 feet from the ground or install it on the wall. 4. Dispose of all old equipment and delivery of new ones. 5. All electric work necessary to be included . 6. All permits fees are waived but vendors still need to pull the necessary permits and close them . 7. Prevailing wages to be calculated. 8. One year warranty and maintenance is required for all parts and labor . 9. New equipment needs to be maintained with no problem, at proper temperature. 10. The awarded contractor shall furnish, deliver, unpack, assemble, install and set in place all equipment. All hardware and components necessary to operate equipment must be provided. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to disconnect the existing specified units and install new units. 11. Removal and disposal of equipment is the responsibility of the contractor. 12. Separate pricing is required for two double door refrigerators that will be needed to store the food temporarily while completing the work. Coordination to be done with the senior center.
