Renovation of a fire / police facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of all materials, equipment, and labor necessary for the following: controls and HVAC renovations, ceiling and finish repairs, associated electrical support work, and site cleanup and restoration. Additional requirements include protection of work in place and all stored items related to the work, as well as moving any stored items or temporary facilities that interfere with work by the Owner or under separate contract. All items listed are a general outline and are not intended to be a complete listing of the work to be accomplished, nor to indicate the order in which the work is to be completed. Bidders are instructed to verify all items prior to bidding. All bids must be made upon the provided City forms and accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check for at least five percent of the total bid. One hundred percent payment and performance bonds are required of the successful bidder to guarantee performance. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid walk-through and may access bid documents online or through the Builders Exchange of Washington. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities or informalities, and to make the award as deemed in its best interest.
