Site work for a civil project in Tacoma, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This RFQ seeks a design consultant to design the 30% to 100% design plans associated with the (1) Chambers Creek Dam removal (2) Chambers Bay estuary bank and channel protection measures to include riparian and marsh restoration post dam removal, and (3) Sediment management post dam removal to minimize the impacts of environmental pollution in the Chambers Creek system and to manage the quantity of sediment deposited in the marina and channel to Puget Sound. Question Submission Deadline:June 18, 2026, 3:30 pm All questions must be submitted within the County electronic. The initial contract period is anticipated to be for 24 months The County has the option of renewing for an additional three years after initial contract is executed. Estimated contract value will be between $1,000,000 to $1,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
