Electronic bids must be submitted via Pennington County's online system. Only registered planholders may bid. A corporate surety bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. The Board of Commissioners may reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. The project involves grading, bituminous surfacing, lighting, and ADA improvements on Pennington Street and Osmund Street in the City of Goodridge, covering a length of 0.169 miles.
