The selected proposer shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, design services, construction-ready documents, permitting coordination as required, and installation necessary to deliver a complete and operational playground project. The total available project budget is $40,000. The design should support casual family recreation, allow for easy supervision by parents and caregivers, fit appropriately within the operational setting of an active multi-use field environment, and emphasize quick-access play value, visibility from spectator areas, and durable components suitable for frequent short-interval use. The selected playground vendor shall coordinate with the City's Parks and Recreation project team throughout design, procurement, delivery, and installation to ensure all work aligns with the overall construction schedule.
