This project is the subject of a financial contribution from the ministere des Transports et de la Mobilite durable du Quebec and the ministere des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation - PRIMEAU program. The award of the contract is conditional on obtaining the grant under the PRIMEAU program. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Rue d'Acton (route 116) - Repair of municipal services" and the bidder must be clearly identified on it.
