As of 6/24/2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award was not determined. Installation of 6-inch and 8-inch water lines to loop to the District's existing water distribution system, and installation of a 4-inch sanitary force main to loop to the District's existing sanitary sewer system. Construction will use both open-cut and trenchless methods, including directional drilling where required. The scope also includes connections to existing lines by plug removal, tapping sleeves and valves, or wet connections; disinfection and testing of new water lines; installation of fire hydrants and related appurtenances; and installation of steel casing at roadway crossings as shown on the construction drawings. Additional work includes bypass pumping for force main modifications, removal and replacement of trees, fencing, landscaping, and other obstructions as needed, and full restoration of all disturbed areas after construction. Award is subject to final approval.
