The Purpose of This Project is to Overlay Approximately 2.99 Miles of Sycamore Dr. In Hot Spring County. This Project Consists of Achm Surface Course, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, and Misc. Items.
