Construction of the Putnam County Expo Center in Putnam County, Tennessee. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, Certified Check required. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Kim Allen Chamberlin at Upland Design Group PLLC and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. The work included under these Specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations or methods listed, mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein, including all labor, materials, services, equipment and incidentals for the construction of the Putnam County Expo Center. The drawings are generally diagrammatic; and unless specifically dimensioned, the locations of fixtures, outlets and equipment and the routing of piping, ducts, raceways, etc. are approximate only and shall not be scaled from the drawings. B. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to coordinate the work of his subcontractors. To this end, the Contractor shall require that the various subcontractors carefully examine and familiarize themselves with all of the drawings covering the work of other trades, and that they consult frequently with all other trades so that all of the work may be properly coordinated. No Change Orders will be issued to resolve conflicts due to lack of coordination.
