The contract time allowed for the project is 55 working days, with liquidated damages set at $250.00 per working day for delays. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and adjust pay item quantities to fit available funds. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days following the bid opening.
