Delivery schedule The contract begins upon receipt of the municipal resolution to this effect and ends after the submission of the final report per project following the provisional acceptance of the work concerned. The services related to the mandate include infrastructure work planned from summer 2026 to winter 2028, depending on the date of award of the construction contract to the contractor and the site conditions. The Contractor cannot claim additional fees for delays in fulfilling the contract. The entire construction work shall be completed no later than two (2) years and a half (2.5 x 365 days) after the date on which the Contractor is ordered to commence the work.
