Reference number: 20148106 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-08 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 Description The City of Matane is requesting bids for the project to install two (2) access chambers in order to facilitate the cleaning of the overflow pipes of the number 3 flow regulator (RD3) and the storm outlet that are behind the Galeries du Vieux Port. CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION In addition to contractors with an establishment in Québec, those who have an establishment in a province or territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the municipality are authorized to submit tenders for the execution of the work. To be valid, all bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, bank draft, bond or bank guarantee valid for a period of ninety (90) days in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender, including taxes, and issued in the name of the CITY OF MATANE.
