Forsyth County is seeking a licensed, qualified contractor to perform all aspects of HVAC/Refrigeration work, including but not limited to chiller service, compressor change outs, rooftop units, walk-in coolers, and troubleshooting HVAC-R equipment. The contractor must be licensed in all aspects of HVAC to do business in North Carolina, have at least one staff member with specific training on industrial and/or commercial chiller equipment (with supporting documentation of training and certifications), have a minimum of 10 years experience in commercial or industrial HVAC, provide a single point of contact for the contract, have a physical location within 30 miles of 201 N. Chestnut St, Winston-Salem, NC, be able to respond to emergencies within 1 hour, and provide proof of meeting the County’s minimum insurance requirements.
