This project covers pavement preservation programs and activities for roads and parking lots throughout the Town of Garner. The work involves the application of an asphalt-rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces using a spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. This is a Pavement Preservation Programs and Activities project including parking lots. This Rejuvenation will include contract services for the application of asphaltrejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces throughout the Town of Garner. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform all services for the application of asphalt-rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surfaces at various locations throughout the Town of Garner including parking lots. The rejuvenation of surface roads and Town of Garner parking lots shall be by spray application of a cationic rejuvenating agent composed of petroleum oils and resins emulsified with water. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. This submittals request is neither a contractual offer nor a commitment to purchase services. The Town assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of this request, the preparation or submission of a bid by a Respondent, the evaluation of statements, or final selection.
