The project involves minor rehabilitation to approximately 27 single-family residences throughout the Town of Hope. The initial bid round covers 15 homes. Work may include roof repair/replacement, installation of HVAC, new water heaters, lighting and electrical repairs, and ADA accessibility to the threshold of the home. All bids must be submitted on the bid forms provided in the bid packet. All interested citizens are invited to attend and should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the town will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by June 9, 2026.
