The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify interested and responsible potential sources capable of supplying paving materials and related equipment to support pothole patching activities at Biddle Air National Guard Base. The requirement is limited to the provision of materials and equipment only; all construction labor will be performed by the Government. The materials required include PennDOT-compliant wearing course asphalt (9.5 mm HMA), binder course asphalt (19 mm HMA), liquid asphalt tack coat, and PennDOT 2A aggregate. The equipment required includes a small asphalt paver and a small asphalt roller. This notice is issued under NAICS Code 327999, All Other Miscellaneous Nonmetallic Mineral Product Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 employees, and PSC 5680, Miscellaneous Construction Materials. This notice is for market research and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government. Pricing is not requested.
