Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: This project is to construct a 9-foot diameter lift station, including submersible pumps, a concrete wet well, piping and valves, access doors, a concrete pad with a control panel, and all associated electrical work. The project site includes an asphalt driveway and culvert, concrete paving and crushed concrete paving, a 6-footchain-link fence and gates, and brick masonry columns. This project is located on Key Map No. 461-F & 461K Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the website system for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening. The deadline to ask questions is 6/16/2026 12:00 PM CST
