This is a request for quotations to complete a playground renovation at École Élémentaire Le Flambeau, 600 Novo Star Dr, Mississauga, ON L5W 1G4 for a stipulated price contract in accordance with all RFQ documents and terms and conditions, including the CCDC 2-2020 form with supplementary conditions. Pricing must include all custom duties or import tariffs in effect at the time of bid submission for any part of the work or deliverables, including those from subcontractors or suppliers. Only quotations from prequalified civil work contractors listed under RFSQ #23-103A2 – Zone #5 – GTA will be accepted. Pre-qualification requirements: Only the following qualified suppliers from RFSQ #23-103A2 – Civil Work Contractors – CSViamonde, Zone 5 – GTA, are eligible to submit quotations: Ashland Construction Group Ltd., IPAC Paving Limited, Melrose Paving Co. Ltd., Pylon Paving (1996) Inc., Rutherford Contracting Ltd., Royal Ready Construction Limited, GMR Landscaping Inc., Forest Contractors Ltd., Roadside Paving, Stonecast Landscapes Ltd., King Paving & Construction Ltd., and Ritestart Limited. Quotations by U.S. businesses that do not satisfy the eligibility requirements will not be accepted or evaluated.
