The project seeks one supplier to provide labour, materials, and equipment necessary to monitor the performance of six groups of system equipment at the laboratory complex located at 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, Ontario. This will be achieved through routine, scheduled, and preventative maintenance, as well as emergency repair services. The following types of equipment and their associated peripherals will be serviced: compressors, vacuum pumps, air handling units, cooling towers, walk-in freezers and refrigerators, chillers, fume/vent hoods, exhaust fans, and heat pumps. The vendor will perform preventative maintenance routines at varying intervals (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and provide emergency repairs as needed on the essential equipment groups at the laboratory.
