The purpose of this project is to complete an o ice remodel to improve functionality, safety, and overall condition of the space. Work shall be completed in accordance with all attached drawings, specifications, and applicable HUD requirements. 2. SCOPE OF WORK The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the o ice remodel as outlined in the contract documents. Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of existing materials as indicated Installation of new flooring Electrical modifications and upgrades Plumbing work (if applicable) Drywall repair and/or installation Painting and finishing Installation of fixtures, cabinetry, or millwork Any additional work shown in the drawings and specifications This project will require Wage Rates as provided by Davis Bacon Act.
