Description

Site work and new construction of a laboratory facility in Nepean, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and 30,000-square-foot laboratory facility.

The project includes construction of a new laboratory building of approximately 30,000 sq meters with a dedicated central utility plant to support the laboratory system and approximately 3000 sq meters consisting of two farm buildings and a guard house. The project also involves construction and installation of geothermal system and modifications to the civil infrastructure in the existing campus to serve the new construction.
