The Town of Torbay and the Town of Flatrock are seeking qualified proponents to conduct a comprehensive wildfire risk assessment and develop a Community Wildfire Resiliency Plan (CWRP). The purpose of this project is to prepare a CWRP that incorporates SMART (strategic, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound) goals and objectives addressing the seven FireSmart disciplines: education, emergency planning, vegetation management, legislation, development, interagency cooperation, and cross-training.
