The works for this project generally comprises design and general construction of a conference centre (sized at 3,000 square feet) single storey meeting the performance specification, including excavation, back fill, final grading, parking lot, walkways, Provincial Road approach, hydro and telephone high speed internet service, and sewer and water servicing to form a complete project located at the Skownan First Nation, Manitoba; and further identified in the plans and specifications.
