The Department is seeking supplemental CEM staff, specifically for office support and inspection roles. All personnel must have a thorough understanding of UDOT requirements to ensure that project documentation and all physical work strictly adhere to these established standards. The Region Four Resident Engineer will schedule and manage consultant personnel. The quantity of personnel needed will fluctuate and vary throughout the duration of construction to meet the projects needs. Additional inspection staff may be required during peak tim Widen roadway to provide two travel lanes and a consistent shoulder in the northbound direction between Main Street and 200 South; increase the capacity of the corridor by widening the roadway to provide three travel lanes and consistent shoulders in the northbound direction between 200 South and Tabernacle Street and in the southbound direction between Main Street; and Tabernacle Street; construct a landscaped center median between Main Street and 200 South ; rehabilitate the existing pavement by performing a 1.5-inch rotomilling and 1.5-inch highly modified hot-mix asphalt (HMHMA) overlay from the southbound solid edge line to the middle of the northbound outside lane (or 18- feet from the east lip of the gutter); and perform a 7-inch rotomilling and 7-inch HMHMA overlay from the middle of the northbound outside lane to the northbound lip of the gutter (MP 0.38 to MP 2.00 only).
