Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Draper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of this project is to provide all the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install storm drain infrastructure, curb and gutter, sidewalk, new half-width asphalt pavement, and other miscellaneous items along 700 West from approximately 11500 S to 11800 S as described in the project plans and specifications. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Electronic responses will be received until the specified due date. Contractors must read the Additional Instructions to Bidders section for more details. The City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
