The project consists of sanitary sewer maintenance and rehabilitation work throughout the City of Concord. Scope of Work: The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; preparatory work, securing the work area for public safety, and site cleanup daily, clearing and grubbing, traffic control; storm water pollution control program; earthwork; potholing of existing utilities; open trench replacement of sanitary sewer mains and laterals; pipe bursting of sanitary sewer mains and laterals; sewer cleanout replacement; manhole rehabilitation; slurry seal; traffic striping and markings; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in the Project Manual and all other work as specified in these Special Conditions, Technical Provisions, and as shown on the Plans. Engineer's Estimate: $3,080,000. (Base Bid - $1,860,000 and Additive bid - $1,220,000). *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
