Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Covelo, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The project includes construction of ten (10) two-bedroom/two-bath (1,120 SF) and eight (8) three-bedroom/two-bath (1,500 SF) single-story residences, including building systems, finishes, underground sewer and water utilities, and minor grading and drainage improvements. Construction is anticipated to commence during the 2026 construction season, weather permitting, with substantial completion anticipated by October 31, 2028.
