Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mooretown, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work is located on the St. Clair River Trail at three locations: a 320m offroad trail on the west side of St. Clair Parkway between Stanley Line and Bogeys Inn (2845 St. Clair Parkway); a 251m offroad trail on the west side of 2338 St. Clair Parkway (including a small section on the road); and a 415m offroad trail on the west side of Parkway through Willow Park, from North Ontario Power Generation water channel to the south end of Willow Park. Generally, the work includes the removal of grass, weeds, and debris from the surface of the existing trail; milling 50mm depth across existing driveway entrances; placement of crack seal and cold patch for base repair; and a 50mm HL-3 asphalt overlay. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves and/or their sub-contractors with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will not be responsible for any extra costs resulting from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
