Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Proposals are requested for Fuel Farm Improvements. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with all required information as specified in the contract documents. Bids must be prepared on the prescribed forms following the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions of the Project Manual. Each proposal must include bid security equal to at least five percent (5%) of the Base Bid, in the form and under the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement and provide a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance. All work is subject to the regulations in the General Provisions of the Project Manual. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive informalities.
