The Work Requirements in this RFT involve the full removal and reconstruction of the entrance laneway to the rear parking lot, expansion of the rear parking lot, construction of new barrier curbs, sidewalks, storm sewer works, new concrete structure installation, installation of new and/or relocation of light standards, and relocation of the existing traffic/barrier gate.
