Fulton Site Development Project Deadline to submit Questions Jun 11th 2026, 5:00 PM CDT, Question submitted Electronically The Project consists of the construction of a Forty - Three (43 ) space concrete parking lot , drainage , electrical and site lighting , security system , and landscaping . The location of the project is at 8030 1/2 Fulton St , Houston , TX 77022 . PROJECT SCOPE The Scope of Work for this Project shall consist of providing all supplies , support , services , data , labor , tools , materials , equipment , supervision , construction and all else required to construct the project . The work shall include , but not be limited to , the following major items , to the extent specified and indicated . Provide administration and construction support service to complete the work . Coordinate with utility owners , government agencies , businesses , neighborhood associations and any other stakeholders within the project limits . Provide SWPPP per all applicable requirements . Project consists of two plan sets , one for site improvements and one for improvements in the public Right -ofWay . The scope of this project includes both plan sets . Contractor shall have access to the full site during construction ; however , the project must be scheduled so that the proposed trailers may be installed on site within Forty -five (45 ) calendar days of Notice to Proceed (NTP ). This includes sanitary , water , electrical , security and earthwork needed to install two trailers . Trailer installation will be handled by METRO outside of this scope . Once installed the contractor shall complete utility connections for the trailers . Removal of above ground facilities including sidewalks , curbs and pavement as shown in the construction plans . Construct water line , sanitary sewer lines , storm sewer lines , sidewalk , pedestrian ramps , pavement , pavement markings , site lighting , fencing , and landscaping and as shown in the construction plans . Provide network and communication improvements as shown in the construction plans . Contractor shall provide a clean and safe Construction Work Zone during the construction and prior to written acceptance by METRO . Contractor shall also be responsible for complying with Contract Documents including specifications , regulations , and local government codes . Contractor shall submit a resource loaded schedule with their bid . The resource loaded schedule will be used to determine that the bidder has sufficient resources to complete the job within the specified period of performance . Contractor shall be responsible for submission of a project schedule (Primavera P6 format ) that includes sound methodology for construction activities for the duration of the project .
