Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Cortland, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Restroom renovation project at Randall Park. The General Construction Contract scope of work shall include, but not be limited to: A. General Requirements, survey, and stakeout. B. Site demolition and removals. C. Furnish and install erosion controls. D. Earthwork and site grading, including cut/fill, compaction, and preparation of sub-grade elevations. Furnish and install topsoil as required for landscaping. E. Demolition of existing building interior walls, select slab demolitions for utility runs, and roof substrate removal. F. Furnish and install landscaping, including lawn establishment. G. Furnish and install stormwater dry well and associated piping. H. Excavation for and installation of pavilion foundation and pavilion slab. I. Furnish and install timber pavilion and seat wall. J. Furnish and install new roof deck, metal room, interior walls, patch restroom building floor, new ceilings. K. Grading as required for pavilion and walkway construction. L. Site Utilities, in their entirety, from 5' outside the building envelope, including trenching and backfill. GC is responsible for water, stormwater, and sanitary as it relates to Site Work Piping. GC shall make connections to existing water main and storm and sanitary lines. Coordinate work with other trades, e.g. for connections to restroom utilities. M. Provide daily clean-ups at the end of each workday to ensure safe work conditions. N. Coordinate work with other trades. SUMMARY OF WORK - PLUMBING CONTRACT A. Furnish and install new water supply system for the pavilion and gate valves, drain valves, connection to site water line, and all fittings and accessories. B. Furnish and install PVC drain lines from splash pad, fittings, and connection to on-site system as installed by the GC. C. The Plumbing Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating all tie-ins to domestic water, gas, and sanitary lines with the General Construction Contractor. Plumbing Contractor to extend all underground piping a minimum of 5'-0" beyond building footprint and coordinate the connection with the General Construction Contractor. SUMMARY OF WORK - MECHANICAL CONTRACT A. Furnish and install mechanical systems as required for restroom renovations, including any control wiring for mechanical equipment and coordination as needed with Electrical Contractor. B. Coordinate work with other trades. SUMMARY OF WORK - ELECTRICAL CONTRACT A. Demolish and remove existing panelboard, conductors and disconnect back to source panel location. Disconnect and removal all existing lighting, lighting controls and branch circuiting. B. Furnish and install new panelboard, lighting, receptacles, equipment and accessories. C. Conceal and minimize to the greatest extent possible all conduit runs within the building. Especially within the three bathrooms. D. Coordinate work with other trades.
